The Dallas you remember.
Reunion Tower's geodesic dome floats beside Bank of America Plaza's crown — a skyline built on oil money and grown on ambition.
Every Dallas skyline is rendered at scale relative to its neighbors, so the silhouette reads correctly from across the room. We don't flatten or stylize — the towers you know are the towers you'll see on your shelf.
Available in three sizes: Small (6 in wide (15.2 cm)) at $27.99, Medium (7.5 in wide (19 cm)) at $43.99, and Large (9 in wide (22.9 cm)) at $59.99. The Medium is our most-shipped size — it anchors a bookshelf without overwhelming it. The Large is a mantel piece.
Dallas is printed in matte-black PLA on calibrated FDM machines at 0.1 mm layer height. After cooling, every piece is hand-sanded, sealed, and inspected. The DALLAS lettering on the base is printed in brushed-gold filament — not painted on, so it won't wear.
Designed to be seen at night, from a moving car
Dallas is the most deliberately lit skyline in the country. Bank of America Plaza is outlined in green argon tubing along every edge. Reunion Tower's geodesic sphere carries hundreds of individually controlled lights. The Omni is a programmable screen. None of this is incidental — the city chose to be legible after dark, from the highways that ring it.
That matters for a physical model more than it sounds. A skyline designed around lit outlines is a skyline of strong, simple edges, which is exactly what survives being printed small. Dallas reduces well.
The ball, the prism, and the green outline
Three shapes carry the recognition. Reunion Tower — a slender shaft topped by a geodesic sphere — is unlike anything else in any American skyline. Fountain Place, by I.M. Pei's firm, is a prism that appears to change shape as you move around it, reading as a slim blade from one angle and a broad wedge from another. Bank of America Plaza is the tall green-edged slab behind them.
The sphere is the part that decides whether a Dallas model works. It has to be round enough to read as a sphere at a few inches across, and it has to sit at the right height on a shaft thin enough to look correct without being too fragile to survive a courier.
Four crowns and a sphere
Bank of America Plaza is the tall slab outlined in green along every edge. Renaissance Tower sits beside it with its distinctive X-braced crown and double antennas, and Fountain Place is the prism that changes shape depending on where you stand.
Comerica Bank Tower carries a barrel-vaulted top, and Reunion Tower stands apart from the cluster to the west — a thin shaft with a geodesic sphere, unlike anything in any other American skyline. The model holds Reunion at its true distance from the downtown group rather than pulling it in to fill the frame.
